Nelson Vineyard Accommodation

Located in the hills of Sunset Valley, between Motueka and Nelson, but only fifteen minutes from the cafés of the seaside village of Mapua, a leisurely 30 minutes from Nelson and surrounded by three of New Zealand's national parks is Sunset Valley Organic Vineyard's chalet style holiday accommodation.

We still have a few nights available in January due to a couple of late changes in booking dates. So if you are thinking of coming to Nelson and would like to stay with us the following nights are still avialable 3 nights from Sunday 3- Tuesday 5th and 3 nights from Friday 15th - Sunday 17th.

Your accommodation is situated above our working winery and is the perfect location for wine tasting, tramping, golf, horse riding, swimming or enjoying the Nelson region's arts and crafts.

The tariff during the high season from 23 December to 15 January is $180/night for two people and $15/extra person per night. Children under 14 stay for no extra charge. From 16 - 31 January the tariff is $150/night for two people and $15 per extra person/night. At all other times the tariff is $150 for the first night and $120 for the second and subsequent nights, with $15 per extra person per night.

With Kahurangi, Nelson Lakes and Abel Tasman national parks and two marine reserves close by, the apartment provides the perfect base for your exploration of the area.

Enjoy their tracks, trails, bird and marine life and then return to enjoy a glass of wine on the deck.

Or take a day visit over Takaka Hill (New Zealand's longest) and visit magical Golden Bay.

Whether you're here to relax or take in the many activities the Nelson region has to offer, make our organic vineyard accommodation your base to return to.

Vintage is as good a time as any to visit, you can watch the process from picking, to pressing and fermentation.
